Your cart is empty.
Carts are kept in the link itself:
/cart?items=VARIANT_ID:QTY, comma-separated, with :SELLING_PLAN_ID on subscription lines (for example /cart?items=47507042268177:2:4182736065). Standard Shopify cart links such as /cart/add?id=VARIANT_ID&quantity=1 and /cart/VARIANT_ID:QTY also work.
