Roasting and dispatch
We roast on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and ship coffee the next business day after it is roasted. Orders placed before 9am Eastern on a roast day are roasted that day. Gear and gift cards are dispatched or delivered within one business day.

Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days after dispatch. We ship to PO boxes by USPS. We don't ship outside the United States yet.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, or your coffee arrives damaged, email r+wrenfield-hello@haggl.ai with your order number and we'll reship at no cost.
