Coffee: love it or we'll make it right

If you don't enjoy a coffee, tell us within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a different coffee or refund the bag to your original payment method. You don't need to return opened coffee.

Gear

Unused gear in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email us for a prepaid return label; we deduct $8.95 for return shipping unless the item is faulty. Grinders are also covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Subscriptions

You can skip, pause or cancel at any time before a renewal is processed. Renewals are charged on the morning of the roast day; if you cancel after a renewal has been charged but before it ships, we refund it in full.

Gift cards

Gift cards are not refundable and never expire.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued within 2 business days of approval and usually appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days.

Complaints

If something went wrong, email r+wrenfield-hello@haggl.ai or call (828) 555-0179. We reply within one business day. If you are not satisfied with our response, email our co-founder at r+wrenfield-eli@haggl.ai, who will review it personally within 5 business days.
