Office & wholesale
Good coffee is the cheapest perk an office can offer. We roast for 23 offices in Western North Carolina and Charlotte, from 8-person studios to a 180-person engineering firm, plus cafés and restaurants. Accounts in Asheville and Charlotte get delivery by our own van every other week; everywhere else ships free by UPS Ground.

Office pricing is for 5 lb bags on a standing order (weekly, every 2 weeks or monthly), invoiced monthly with net-15 terms. Under 10 lb a month? A regular subscription in 5 lb bags with subscribe & save is usually the better deal.

Estimate for 60 people, 3 office days a week, 1.5 cups per coffee drinker per day:
About 42 coffee drinkers (we assume 7 in 10) · 818 cups a month · 16 lb of coffee a month at 9 g per 6 oz cup, the batch-brew ratio we set up for offices.
That puts you in Office Starter (10–24 lb a month). House blend or Night Shift at $17.75/lb: about $284.00 a month, delivered free. Free delivery or shipping, brewer cleaning kit, staff tasting at launch.
What an office account includes
- A tasting with your team before you commit, so you pick the coffee people actually like.
- Brewer setup and dial-in for batch brewers, bean-to-cup machines and pour-over bars. We work with Bunn, Fetco, Moccamaster, Jura and Franke.
- Standing orders you can change by email, monthly invoicing, and one contact: Maya Lindgren, r+wrenfield-wholesale@haggl.ai.
- Staff pricing: everyone at an office account gets subscriber pricing on coffee for home.
Corporate & client gifting
The Blue Ridge Gift Box (two 12 oz bags, a hand-thrown Riverside Clay mug, brew card and note; $58.00 each) is our most popular client gift. For team and client orders we print your message and logo card and ship to every address on your list.

Shipping to individual addresses is $6.95 per box, or free in bulk to one address. For December delivery, send your list by December 1; we start shipping holiday orders on November 16.
