Washed Caturra and Castillo from twelve families farming around La Plata, Huila, at 1,700 to 1,900 m. Red grape, caramel and cocoa. Our first direct-trade lot: we visited in February and paid a fixed premium over the farmgate price.
Medium-light roast. Great as pour-over or drip.
