Our everyday house blend: washed Colombia from Huila and pulped-natural Brazil from the Mogiana region. Milk chocolate, toasted pecan and a little dried cherry.
Medium roast. Built for drip machines, pour-over and French press, and it pulls a forgiving, chocolatey shot of espresso. This is the coffee we brew for our office accounts.
