Our espresso blend: natural Brazil, washed Guatemala and a touch of natural Ethiopia. Dark chocolate, brown sugar and cherry cola, with a thick, syrupy body that stands up to milk.
Medium roast, rested and dialed in on our own machines before every release. Start at 18 g in, 38 g out, 28 to 30 seconds.

Cuts through milk like nothing else. Dialed in within three shots on a Profitec.
Third 2 lb bag and my grind setting has barely moved. That consistency is worth a lot.
Great flat whites. A little roasty as a straight shot for my taste, I alternate with Lantern.
Tastes like the cortado at my favorite café. The roast date is always within the week.
